H. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

- 1️⃣ Informal Resolution: Users must first provide written notice and attempt to resolve the matter amicably with S3 Skate India Pvt. Ltd.
- 2️⃣ Arbitration: If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall take place in Pune, Maharashtra, conducted in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed by S3 Skate India Pvt. Ltd.
- 3️⃣ Exclusive Jurisdiction: If arbitration fails, only the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes. Users expressly agree not to file any legal action outside Pune jurisdiction.
